Who is behind FareHawk

FareHawk is operated by Leonardo Cardoso, based in Berlin, Germany. Full legal contact details are in the imprint. For anything related to these terms, write to leo+farehawk@leocardz.com.

What the app does and what it is not

FareHawk tracks flight prices that you ask it to watch and sends you a push notification when the price meaningfully changes. When you tap through, it deep-links to Google Flights so you can book with the airline or a travel service of your choice.

FareHawk is not a travel agent. It does not sell tickets, does not take bookings, and does not guarantee that any price we show is still available when you click through to book.

Data accuracy

Prices come from third-party sources listed in our privacy policy. They can be stale, incorrect, or temporarily missing. Always confirm the price and terms with the airline or booking service before you pay. You book at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the app, do not automate abuse of the backend, and do not deplete our flight search quota. We may rate-limit or block clients that do. The license to use the app is personal and non-transferable.

Availability

We run FareHawk on a best-effort basis. We may pause tracking during outages or when a third-party provider rate-limits us. We aim to resume quickly and without losing your watchlist.

Refunds

FareHawk is a one-time purchase from the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top updates. The app keeps linking to this URL, so whatever is here is current.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you reside still apply. If you believe something here is unfair or unclear, write to leo+farehawk@leocardz.com and we will look at it.
